App Checklist

1. The VPN must be connected before launching our App.
2. Check that the remote network doesn't use the same IP network ID and range of addresses as the local network. For example, if your local network uses 192.168.0.x addresses and so does the remote network, the iPad/iPhone will think that the target computer/NAS is local rather than at the other end of the VPN connection and will therefore timeout when trying to connect. The easiest way of fixing this is to change your home IP network range in your router's config.
3. When connecting over a VPN use the same computer name or IP address in FileBrowser that you use with local WiFi.
