Create a dated job folder with subfolders and import the documents into the required folders using iOS with FileBrowser Professional Custom Tasks.
First give your task a name like "Create a new job file"

Create a folder with todays date in the folder specified.
Create folder in...

with name...
"Invoices"
Create a new Folder called "Invoices" in the dated folder.
Create folder in...
iMac/Client Work/2022-03-01/
with name...
"Contracts"
Create a new Folder called "Contracts" in the dated folder.
Create folder in...

"Requirements"
Create a new Folder called "Requirements" in the dated folder.

Locate the folder with your job files.
with names matching text...

We can then limit our selection to files with the word "invoice" only.
copy to...
"iMac/Client Work/2022-03-01/Invoices/"
overwrite if necessary
Copy the files with the word "Invoice" to your new invoices folder under your dated folder.
You will see a list of files with plus icons next to them, these are the files that will be copied.
